At Velorian Light, we understand that circumstances change, and we aim to accommodate order cancellations whenever feasible.

How to Request a Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via info@velorianlight.com within 24 hours of placing it. Provided your order has not entered the processing stage, we will cancel it and refund the full amount.

After the 24-Hour Window

Once 24 hours have passed, your order may already be in the fulfillment process, and cancellation might no longer be possible.

If the item has already shipped, please allow the delivery to complete. You can then return the item following our Returns & Refunds Policy.
