  • Total delivery time: Usually 5–10 days (1–2 days handling + 4–8 days transit)

Track Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can monitor the status of your delivery here.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed or missing:

If delivery attempts fail, your parcel may be returned to us.

Change of Delivery Address

To request a change of address, contact info@velorianlight.com within 24 hours of placing your order or before the cut‑off time. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after this period.
