Simple Return Guide – 6 Steps

  1. Confirm the item is unused, undamaged, and within the 30‑day return window.

  3. Verify the correct return address with our team before sending anything back.
  4. Pack the item securely and arrange your own return shipping label. All return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  5. Send your parcel using any courier of your choice and keep proof of postage.
  6. Once we receive your return, our team will review it and update you. Approved refunds are issued within 14 business days.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Returning Items

You may request an exchange for a different size or colour. Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer unless the item is defective.

All returned products must be in the same condition as delivered, with original packaging or store labels attached.

Damaged or Defective Products

If the item is confirmed to be defective, we will cover the return costs and send you a replacement at no extra charge.
